Today, physical perfection is something that everybody holds dear, but, unfortunately, the sedentary lifestyles and bad eating habits make us get fat, and most of the fat, no matter if we’re men or women, is stored on our belly, and abdominal fat is really hard to get rid of. So here we are, strong and proud, and ready to give you all the tools that you need to get the much wanted six packs, through our series of fat belly exercises!

The idea behind this site

So, why fat belly exercises? Well, simply because we like the idea of a fat belly, and each and every time we think about it, we think of that 300 movie parody, “Meet the Spartans”. If you remember the movie, before they went to battle, they chose the best of the best, and one of those, was a guy with a fat belly, so they painted six packs on it!  Here’s the pic:

You all know those T-shirts with “I’m not fat, I’m fluffy” or  the six pack t-shirts that show a beer six pack. Unfortunately, today we’re making fun of something that we’re ashamed of, and it’s in our power to change this.

However, getting a flat belly and eventually having six pack abs requires some work and some changes. Think about it this way: you won’t be able to get rid of the fat that got stored in your body year after year in just a couple of months if you look like the guy from the picture above. If you have like 1-2 inches of fat, perhaps you’ll be able to pull it off with hard exercise, lots of diet and lots of commitment.

Don’t rush into things, exercise, eat healthy and you’ll get six pack abs! Don’t expect miracles because these don’t happen! The exercises that you find here are working but it takes time until you reach those results.
